Do I have to be able to draw well?
Don't worry! It's completely enough if you roughly outline your idea.
The more dimensions and information you provide, the easier it will be for us to perfectly implement your part. Your sketch doesn't have to be a work of art!
Do I see beforehand what my part will look like?
Before production, you always receive a 3D preview of your custom piece. This way, you can check again to see if everything fits. As soon as you give your go-ahead, your part goes into production!
Can I also order multiple parts?
Sure! You can order as many custom pieces as you like.
For each item, you need a separate sketch sheet so that we can implement everything accurately.
When will my order be delivered?
Lightning fast: Within just 48 hours after your final go, we print your part in our own production in Cologne.
After that, it goes directly to shipping and will be with you in a few days.
What does a custom order cost?
A custom special order basically costs 59.90 €. After you have sent us your completed sketch sheet, we will check your design wishes in detail. If your idea is particularly complex or elaborate, we will calculate transparently. You can then conveniently pay the surcharge online – or, if you find the price not worth it, cancel and get your money back.
