Scope
These shipping policies apply to all orders placed through our online store and regulate handling, shipping, delivery times, costs, and related topics.
Shipping Area

Processing Time (Fulfillment)
• Standard: 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Personalized/custom-made products: +[2–5] additional business days.
• Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available (estimated shipping date can be found on the product page).
Carriers & Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers depending on destination and package weight (e.g., DHL, DHL Express, [UPS/FedEx/DPD]). The available options are displayed at checkout.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.

• Partial shipments initiated by us are free of additional charge for you.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
• EU & Switzerland/Norway: approx. 3–7 business days

Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather/events, or peak times. Express options (if available) are delivered faster.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (outside the EU)
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Such costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Please check with your local customs authority in advance.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link (if available for your destination). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to become visible.
Shipping Address, PO Boxes & Changes
• Please provide a complete and correct shipping address. Buyers are responsible for costs resulting from undeliverable shipments (incorrect/incomplete address).
• Delivery to PO boxes/parcel lockers is only possible if supported by the chosen carrier.
• Address changes are only possible before shipment. Please contact us immediately at kontakt@thesolid.shop.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned to us (e.g., due to non-collection or incorrect address), we will inform you by email.
• Reshipment: possible against new shipping costs.
• Refund: purchase price minus incurred shipping costs (unless legal right of withdrawal applies or the product is personalized).
Damages & Loss in Transit
Please check your shipment upon delivery.
• Visible damage: have it noted by the carrier immediately and contact us within 7 calendar days with photos (outer box, inner packaging, product).
• Loss/no delivery: contact us after 7 (Germany) or 14 (international) calendar days without tracking updates. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Partial Deliveries
If not all items are immediately available, we may deliver in parts at no extra cost to you. The remaining items will be shipped automatically once available.
Shipping Restrictions
Hazardous goods, oversized products, or items restricted by local laws may be excluded from shipping. Relevant information can be found on the respective product page.
Holidays & Extraordinary Circumstances
During national/international holidays and peak times (e.g., Black Week, Christmas), delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural events).
