We regularly offer new colors and often have flexible options.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Stock goods are shipped within 1 working day. Custom orders are produced within just 48 hours after approval and are immediately ready for dispatch.
Can I exchange my accessories?
For standard parts yes – you can return unused goods.
Custom-made items are unique, therefore unfortunately not returnable.
What if I am not satisfied with my custom order?
We agree on every detail with you before production. Small corrections to the design are included in the price – so you get your piece exactly as you envisioned it.
Is there a quantity discount if I order a lot?
Feel free to contact us! For larger projects or corporate solutions, we always find a fair offer.
Can I also send you my own ideas without ordering immediately?
In any case! We are happy about any inspiration.

Everything is created in our own 3D printing workshop in Cologne. This keeps the quality high, the delivery routes short – and you can be sure that your accessories are made fairly & locally.
